Would delivery be reliable this side of the ORR?
We would not open the area if it were not. A fixed 12–2 PM window is the product; an area we could only reach at 3 PM is an area we do not open.
Do you cook non-vegetarian?
Not yet, anywhere. We started pure vegetarian to get the rotation and the kitchens right.
