Common questions
My meal hasn’t arrived
Lunch is delivered between 12 and 2 PM. If it’s past 2 PM and nothing has reached you, message us — we’ll track it down and refund the credit if it can’t be delivered.
I need to skip, swap or pause
Do it yourself in the app any time before 9 PM the night before, from the home screen. Skipped meals are refunded in full, automatically. After 9 PM the kitchen has already planned the cook, so that day is locked.
Something’s wrong with my wallet
Every top-up, meal charge and refund is itemised under Wallet in the app. If a top-up hasn’t appeared within a few minutes of payment, send us the Razorpay payment ID and we’ll reconcile it.
The food wasn’t right
Tell us what happened the same day and we’ll refund the credit. We pass every report to the kitchen that cooked it.
You don’t deliver to my area
Use the “area not listed” option during onboarding to register your address. We open new neighbourhoods based on where requests cluster, and we’ll email you when yours goes live.
I want to delete my account
Open the app and go to Account → Delete Account. Your account closes immediately and all the data we hold about you is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period. Any unused wallet balance is refunded to your original payment method — email us so we can process it.
Do you track me for ads?
We run Meta’s measurement on our website so we can tell which Facebook and Instagram ads actually bring subscribers. It sends browser identifiers, your IP address and which pages you viewed — never your name, email or phone number. Block it with any content blocker; nothing on the site stops working if you do. The Privacy Policy has the full detail and the opt-out steps.
